What it does

Track migraine, tension, cluster, or sinus headaches without the noise. Made for light-sensitive eyes: soft and low-contrast, in light or dark.

    One tap starts an episode. A dim, quiet screen shows how long it’s been. One more tap when it passes. Nothing to fill in while you’re hurting.

    When you’re ready

    Fill in what you remember, skip what you don’t: severity, symptoms, aura, triggers, what you tried, medication doses, how it turned out. Everything saves as you go.

    A full-year view shades each day by severity, with a handful of stats: days since your last episode, episodes this month, average severity and duration. Plain arithmetic. No scores, no predictions, no AI.

    Add your own medications, triggers, and symptoms, or edit and remove any preset. The libraries are yours to shape, not a fixed list to work around.

    Yours alone

    There’s no server and no account, so what you log lives on your phone and nowhere else. The whole app is free, with nothing to unlock.

Privacy

ebb is a private place to track something that can be hard. What you log is yours alone. This is the full privacy policy and it’s short because there isn’t much to disclose. ebb collects no data, shares no data and sells no data.

The only information in ebb is what you log yourself: headache episodes, severity, type, symptoms, aura, triggers, medications and the other structured fields in the app. Every field is a pick from a list.

Everything you log lives in a database on your device and is never transmitted anywhere. ebb contains no network code and makes no network requests at all. There’s no account and no server.

You, and only you, can see what you log. If you choose to delete the app, everything you logged is deleted with it.

ebb uses no third parties for anything: no analytics SDKs, no crash reporting, no ad networks, no cloud backups of any kind.

Since nothing leaves your device, deleting ebb deletes everything you logged. There’s no account to close and no server to request deletion from.
